  • October 2020 - Present :: Head of Product - Prax (SendThanksNow), New York, NY

    Head of product working on the app, website and general product. Oversaw the UX and UI design on both the app and marketing side of the business. Concepted and designed a iOS and Android with Siri and Alexa integration from the ground up. Named the company (Prax) and came up with the Micropractice concept. Built the Prax product idea from the ground up.

    Head of product marketing, reshaping the vision of how the company presents itself to the world. Part of a team defining the mission of the company and guiding it through the pivot during a global pandemic. Set up logistics and structures to better organize internal communication.

    Served as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams on user experience design and technical best practices. Developed design systems for large-scale companies and organizations such as CitiGroup, Dove, AHA and Scholastic.
